Please contact Jeremy as he was/is working on a parallel project. We really
need this. Please let's execute some sort of tracking/automated system. Jeremy
and I took a stab at business requirements for this application - SkullSpace

I was helping Jay with that administration software. I don't mind
continuing/finishing the software. We could even turn it into a Rails workshop.

This seems to formalize what we already do. Makes sense to me.

I think automation can solve this. Jay, at one point, was working on
software to track members and send out automatic reminders ands tuff. I
don't know what, if anything, ever came of that, but perhaps we should
explore developing some membership database software? Maybe even
crowdsource it and have a hack-a-thon with pizza and an afterparty at
the Yellow Dog (cheaper than hiring a dev team :) ).

Just a thought, possibly dumb. :)
