Converting the audio recording and jot notes to something resembling minutes is quite a bit of work, that's all. Once minutes are published, we are technically not supposed to edit them (instead, we provide errata), so there's some pressure to publish "perfect" minutes, which slows things down further.
That is the issue. Posting to the wiki and emailing them out is pretty easy. But the offer of assistance is appreciated.
