The tri-color LED is not going to happen, the iMX6 has a messed up PWM system which means I can only get two PWM outputs, not three like I thought I could. So it's going to be at most a bi-color LED. (usually red and green).
Shoot, I didn't put the LEDs in the list of back panel connectors, they will go in there some where.
