If it does not work after going through those steps then include some screenshots to show what you have. For the others ... It could be a temporary networking issue ... or it could be that the plugin developer made a mistake in the configuration the something (but then everyone would see the same problem) ... or you are using a custom repo rather than the official unofficial list from LMS and it has an issue. So - how are things configured in your Settings/Plugins ?
