I run SlimServer on a slightly tweaked, dedicated PowerMac G4 Cube running Tiger.
I run it on a 700 MHz G3 iMac. That model was designed so it could run entireless fanless. If you stick your ear right up to it, you can occasionally hear the hard drive whir, but that's it.
