I don't have a 770, but all the AJAX work that Ben Klaas (770 skin developer) has put in should make using it pretty tolerable with minimal page reloads. The PSP would provide a pretty similar experience to the 770, I imagine. Other than that, just about anything with a web browser should work. Unfortunately, most PDAs are going to be pretty slow. I heard real good things about the responsiveness of TelCanto for PDAs a while back but don't know about the status of its support for the latest versions of Slimserver.
