Don't you appreciate how frustrating it is to read something like the
original post and not be able to help?  If you just want to sound-off
about the product why not send it directly by private email to Slim
Devices?  The forum is a community resource, and IMV it's here to
inform, help and be helped.  The first post does inform to a degree,
but without any details at all, it's not even very informative.

As a forum memeber I just don't see why I should be here for someone to
vent their frustration on - do you?
