Apologies, I didn't realise it was on the beta site (I'm in the beta test group).
Try http://music.predixis.com/beta.html You have to run it from a command window but I found the instructions pretty straightfoward. I would strongly advise creating a test library first and running it across that to see if it fixes the problem.
