There's the rub. What you infer to be so easily defined may not be so
clear to another free speech advocate. What looks like a flame to you
may well be a central, heartfelt issue for someone else. (Think of the
scene where the in-laws meet in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding.") 

The only opinion that really counts around here is that of the forum's
owners. It can certainly be a challenge for them to decide where the
line is drawn but it is their call and no one else's. 

Sadly, what is often forgotten by the speech-with-no-barrier advocates
is that there is no shortage of people who will, knowingly or not, test
any situation to see just how far they can push things. 

This is basically a help forum for a company's specific product. I
would expect their tolerance for abuse to be substantially lower than
an open political forum, for example. The reality is that
constitutional issues are moot in a privately run forum and I have no
problem with that. At such point that this or any other  forum ceases
to be useful to me, I have the option to go elsewhere or even start my
own venue.
