No, it does not say "OOo can open these file types". What kind of a question would that be? You don't have to demonstrate that some people may want to use MSO to open those files. The issue at hand (now) is whether the text is clear. It sounds like a nice idea, but it is completely unrelated to the text string used in the initial association dialog.
