It might seem Clint is joking, but while I have no experience in mind from him to know for sure, I think he’s being totally serious, which would be showing that opposite side I’ve been alluding to.
That said, sorry, I just don’t see myself going to writing emails as bullet points. And on a serious note, fat adds flavor to a meal. In fact, you can’t live without it, at least in moderation. Less fat is generally a goal, sure. :-) I try, in eating and writing.
