Hello Ludvig,

i'm also interested in the credits question. Many Django translations use the
generic gettext header, while some po file editors generate a more verbose
header like this:

# Translation of django.po to Swedish
#
# Some lines about license/copyright
#
# Foo Bar <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, 2003.
# Bar Baz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, 2004, 2005, 2006.
# Bar Foo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, 2007.

That way all translators are credited. If configured properly, a po file
editor like kbabel will update these lines automatically, and it's still
possible to edit them manually without risking any breakage (these are just
comments for gettext).

Maybe that can be unified a bit.

Best Regards.
