It occurred to me when reading this that I may have screwed up. We have
a policy in the code of "don't include names". I'll need to check with
Adrian whether that extends to translation files as well -- I suspect it
probably should for consistency, since they shouldn't be treated any
more specially than other files.

So I may have given poor advice here. Let's hold off on making these
changes until I can check with the boss.
