I would expect a higher rate of Dnschange/Zlob infections at a typical
U.S. ISP.  IOW, the 0.1% number doesn't seem to include users who just
use some external DNS service.

Anyway, for many users, the browser interface really doesn't change
much.  That's why it's hard for me to believe that this is done to
improve user experience.
