Keith, The links should be there, but they probably do not show in blue as you might expect. You’ll need to change the character style (probably Index Link) if you want that to happen. I’ll look at the file later to see if I’m correct.
You probably started with one of my files, which was intended for a print book where a linked TOC (with blue characters) is irrelevant - so I remove them. Sorry if I’ve caused undue confusion.
