1. Right-click the TOC
2. Click the Entries tab
3. Highlight level 1 and click hyperlink
No - go to the *Structure* line, click in the first white space, then
click Hyperlink. You should now see LS (link start) in that place.
Note: This LE is probably already there, from what you’ve done
previously,so you don’t need to repeat it.
4. Highlight level 10 and click hyperlink
No - stay on the *Structure* line.
New info: If you see a field LE just after the LS, click on it and press
the Delete key on your keyboard. That LE is left over from what you did
before, and it is interfering with adding an LE in the correct position, as
described next.
Go to the LAST white space (after the # field) and click Hyperlink. You
should now see LE (link end) in that place.
5. Click All
6. Click Save
It still does not add the Hyperlinks to the TOC

file and I have found the problem.
You inserted two hyperlink entries at the beginning of the Structure
line instead of one at the beginning and one at the end. When I
corrected that (and clicked All, then OK), the TOC came up working and
in blue as expected (Internet Link shows in the Character Style field
when the hyperlink entries are correctly placed).
(When I checked this time, I found that I was wrong in my earlier
assumption about the character style.)

The links should be there, but they probably do not show in blue as

Link) if you want that to happen. I’ll look at the file later to see if I’m

You probably started with one of my files, which was intended for a
print book where a linked TOC (with blue characters) is irrelevant - so I
remove them. Sorry if I’ve caused undue confusion.

Along with that, there is a major problem I cannot seem to

is laid out in Issue 91 in GitHub. Basically, The TOC is not linking
correctly. You cannot use it to jump directly to a location.
My system is slowly losing its mind and I can no longer do an
administrative installation to see if it is a just my flaky system
or if
it is an actual bug in 4.1.13.
If one of you could check that the TOC updates correctly with
4.1.13 or
if we need to drop back to an older version.
The ODT file is AOO41GS.odt in the review folder of the Getting
Started
guide.
