Seconded. We do *not* want you to change the name servers on any of our customers' domains. You are not entitled to make ad-hoc changes to people's domain names as you see fit. We believe this will cause problems that will reflect badly on our operation from our customers' perspective.
We're very displeased that this news was dumped on us with 2 days' notice and no prior discussion.
