Personally, I'd first evaluate why the domain wasn't renewed -- Was the
customer notified?  Is their WHOIS correct (And if not, who's fault?)

At the end of the day, it would be a fairly short formletter-looking
email, that simply explains that domains are deactivated by changing
their nameservers to "renewyourname.net" as a final last-possible-chance
notification to the customer, rather then simply deleting the domain
after it expires.  Phrase it so that it looks like you're trying to
benefit the customer somehow.

Next, email OpenSRS support and opt-out from the program.
