We had this happen to a domain and contacted support and they had us
email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the info. Since the domain was past
redemption period, we had to pay the standard redemption and one year
renewal fee.

In this case, the system helped us return a domain to the customer that
would have otherwise been dropped and re-registered by someone else.
