We had this happen to a domain and contacted support and they had us email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the info. Since the domain was past redemption period, we had to pay the standard redemption and one year renewal fee. In this case, the system helped us return a domain to the customer that would have otherwise been dropped and re-registered by someone else. > > We also do not like the fact that we did not opt-in to this process. > > Regards > Lance > _______________________________________________ > domains-gen mailing list > [email protected] > http://discuss.tucows.com/mailman/listinfo/domains-gen -- Chris Scott Adaptive Hosting Solutions, Inc. | Blogzerk - blog hosting http://www.adaptivehostingsolutions.com/ | http://www.blogzerk.com/ _______________________________________________ domains-gen mailing list [email protected] http://discuss.tucows.com/mailman/listinfo/domains-gen
