Hehe, it got an airing on NANOG - but I just got a couple of these crappy
emails.

Which domain names, I have several thousand to worry about.

Why send me multiple emails if it can handle multiple domain names.

Who is this sender "securepayment.net" looks like a domain name scam to me.

Whois suggests the domain might be for sale -- hmm very spammy.

Perhaps it is a scam, I'm still not 100% sure....

Can I have a link for that? To save me doing three things when one would do?

But the correction I need to make is that this isn't for an account I own.

Who tell me I have to contact someone else entirely.... Why not give me the
contact address of the person I need to speak to.

Fortunately I'm not.

They are domains transferred away from us. I should just null all the fields
before transferring domains away, but I bet that'll break the transfer
process.

Surely someone there actually keeps their clients contact detail on file,
rather than relying on the whois database?! Why not email the client since
they are the people who can fix it, not me.

I've previously contacted the invalid whois contact for at least one of these
domains.

I'm assuming Elliot, or someone copied, will have Mr Parsons email address to
hand, feel free to pass on the rant, since customer support aren't getting
the message, and it is his servers spewing this rubbish.

PS: Bob, love the podcast.
