It's a temporary trend if anything, with the ebb and flow of support 
volume and the health of the systems we support and the resulting load 
that comes our way.  I know in early September we were quite swamped 
(and I was conveniently on vacation, ha-ha! don'), but before I even 
arrived today people were already looking into your issue so you should 
hear something shortly.

I'm curious if others have the same story -- let me know directly if you 
haven't let Dave Woroch know already.  Bring out yer dead! (issues)
