Further to my other post, I have confirmed what I was fairly sure I had read elsewhere. From the eurid T&Cs: "The Term of any Domain Name registration shall commence on the date of registration of the Domain Name, and shall end the following calendar year, on the last day of the month within which the Domain Name was registered." So from this we can derive that Tucows have actually submitted deletion requests to the .eu registry BEFORE the actual expiry date of the domains. Unless I am reading the above wrongly, none of the .eu domains registered last April actually expire until 30 April 2007.
