Hi Adam,

Given that Tucows did not inform anyone of this policy before the first
.eu domains started expiring, and given that it is in direct
contradiction to eurid policies (i.e. domains expire at the registry at
the end of the month), will you be waiving the $30 redemption fee this
month for any domains that have already been deleted by Tucows but would
not have actually expired at the registry?

This would seem like an appropriate gesture to me (rather than all your
resellers having to either swallow the costs themselves or tell their
customers "sorry, your domain has actually expired already, give us more
money").
