Ouch, your email came thru very wierdly formatted.

"premium" .tv domain names supposedly can't be transferred.

i don't know if standard .tv's from enom fit the same bill.
enom's phone support is ok.  425-274-4500

*btw, the newest .tv premium domains recently promoted have no renewal fee
info.  meaning, you buy a name for $200. or more, and you won't know whether
it's going to be 200 or 500 or more the next year for renewal.  enom claims
verisign hasn't given them this info.   unbelievable.  what a skunker.


Does anyone know the current turnaround time for opensrs technical support
tickets?

Imo, this info should be published on the status page. In this case, better
to know, than to wonder.
