The Digital Standards Organization at http://www.digistan.org/hague-
declaration:en have a petition for open standards that they have called The
Hague Declaration because that is where it was originally proclaimed in May of
last year.
If you believe that Open Standards are crucial to FLOSS, then please consider
signing.
