If page changes when viewed - are there differences if you 'log in' then it must be running some background code.
There will be some code running behind that form - though it would be a quick job to re-create it so I wouldn't worry too much. Just to clarify - the php code runs on the server and when you make a 'request' for a page the server will execute the code and will send to you the result of that code.
