Forget the part about it not working. I forgot to include the code which
disables Xfree from changing the mappings so a patched driver should work
without problem even if it doesn't implement postinit.
You do have to implement postinit and supply the mappings for the reset IOCTLs
to work. But if the driver doesn't ask for a reset then these IOCTLs will never
be called. Only radeon has reset implemented. I'll add r128 next if people are
agreeable to the patch.
So the way it stands all drivers should work without problem after applying the
patch. If not I messed something up, please let me know if you try the patch. I
don't want to check it in and have everyone screaming at me.
