This is an interesting statistic which we are not really collecting for 
the DSpace community.  Perhaps we could invite everyone who has a DSpace 
instance registered on the wiki also to list the content types that they 
are using it for.

And in answer to your question, we are also using DSpace for ETDs at 
Imperial College.
