The decimal point thin is bs, what were they going to bid $40.00 or $41.00?
The bid was already above that. The winner is contractuallu bound to pay for
their winning bid, definitely leave tham negative feedback. As for the
second highest bidder I say have them send the money, give them a week, and
if it doesn't come go to the third highest. I have won bids on a couple of
thing that I didn't quite read right, I still honored the contract and paid
the money. Actually the worst thing I bought off of ebay was what claimed to
be the service manual for a 1400, what showed up was the print of the
service source pdf file....oh well. Just my 2 cents
