Somebody is always going to be unhappy. The real questions are (a) what does the law (probably) say on the subject? (so DW is legally covered) and (b) are those people being reasonable or unreasonable? (so DW is morally covered) Personally, if it is indeed possible to render a comment undeleteable by freezing it, then I think any comment posted to a journal other than your own is well and truly out of your control - so expecting to control it beyond that point is a bit optimistic. And, yes, unreasonable. As long as we keep screened things screened and private posts private (etc), I don't think the transfer itself is morally objectionable - it's the same content, in (almost) the same context - that's what I'd call reasonable. _______________________________________________ dw-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dwscoalition.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dw-discuss
