I concur that 'rainbows' is rather on the twee side; if you have some
attachment to the rainbows concept, maybe calling it The Pot of Gold (instead
of The Bucket) would be enough?
My suggestion for the smallest denomination would be droplet; if The Bucket is
to be the name of the points repository, the theme should probably stick with
things that *could* go into a bucket.
I know during the recent LJ-panic, as a lot of people have set up tents over at
IJ they *have* found the differing terminology confusing (example: Asylums for
Communities).

Or we could stick with drops, not name any larger denomination, and let users
eventually nickname bigger numbers of drops. If 100 drops is consistently
called a puddle, for example, we could go back and talk about puddles in the
documentation. I really like watching nicknames like that happen organically!
LOVE calling it The Bucket. You could check to see how many drops are in your
bucket. :D
