I don't remember where I got it (Greasemonkey script, maybe?), but I have something that automatically pulls up all of my tags on the update/post page, so I can click on them right there. They're all nicely laid out in a gray box beneath the text window but above the "post" button. It also works for any communities I post to, pulling up all of their tags for me to select. Why wouldn't something like that work? Why would you need a separate page?
