This if from the N1MM Help file: Stay on Top You can make MMTTY stay on top of other programs until it is minimized with its own minimize button. Usually, this is done when MMTTY is a window that is smaller than the full screen.
Click Option | Setup TNC emulation and check Stay on top. I think you have to exit out of MMTTY in DX4WIN and open the full version of MMTTY to get to this setting.
