AN is a prefix for Spain. The AN prefix is frequently used for a contest or
special event callsign.
DXB interpreted it correctly.

Actually the /ANT doesn't conform to normal designations as the operator
should have used one of the normal prefixes such as KC4 (which is the DXBase
and ARRL prefix for Antarctica)

I would handle this by entering the call RW1AI/KC4 and using Notes to
indicate the call he used and the fact that it was Antarctica.
