Tom, Since KC4 is generally a US callsign except for a select few KC4 stations which are Antartica, DXbase uses the US as first choice when entering KC4. If the station is actually Antartica, you can change the prefix field to KC4. You can also add a callsign map when prompted to do so after changing the prefix field.
