Come on Chris he's from Australia, the education system here is woeful. ;-)
Most people here pay more than 67% of their income in taxes and they think
they're on a good deal.
By the way if you want to convey the truth using English grammar you better
start using prepositional phases as the building blocks of written
communication. Anything else is a fictious conveyance of language.
If you know the rules of English grammar. You would have to agree that the
following statement seen by most educators as a truthful statement is in
fact fiction.
"This is a pen."
There is no such thing as a verb pen. As the modifiers within the above
statement force pen to be.
