Shalom, When you go to the post office and pay with your debit card - even if you charge back the deal the responsibility is on the Credit Cards companies.
If you buy on the net and charge back the transaction the responsibility is on the money exchanger. So, if you want to use your credit cards on the net go to the credit card companies and ask them to change their contracts with online merchants. You can use your representatives as well.....
