Robert,

Thanks for the feedback.

I have been providing web and server hosting services since 2000. It kind of
started out with me just hosting for friends who wanted it done right and
evolved from there. I stopped advertising the web hosting earlier this year
due to several attempts by scammers to use sites on my servers for E-Gold
scams ... as far as I'm concerned one attempt is one too many. So, web
serving has become a service I only offer to individuals that come
recommended from sources I trust and I'm concentrating on server hosting.

The up-time observation you make is very valid. The biggest reason for
including it is that most of the competition does and I'm trying to cover
off the claims they make. I think our network availability is more like
about 99.999999 or something and I'm working with my vendors to try and
improve that. I debated about including it in my website and your comments
are food for thought. Mostly, I don't worry too much about following trends
but one has to take care of business and keep attracting clients.

To date, I have not been advertising my services beyond this and the DGC
Chat mailing list. I generally try to work through word of mouth and keep
growth to a snail's pace so I can try to assure ideal service. I probably
should get off my butt and do some advertising, though.

Thanks for the feedback.
