Robert, I have to admit, I've finally got around to automating E-Gold, E-Bullion, GoldMoney and NetPay on the website. I've been a bit lazy about that and have preferred to do things through email. However, I suppose I should probably get to work and make the whole thing a whole lot more professional.
There have been a LOT of behind the scenes changes with my business over the past few months. I have switched both my email servers over to the new DBMail system (and, incidentally, am slowly writing an enterprise quality front-end for it in PHP) and all but one of my personal servers have been upgraded hardware and software-wise. I am working on new vendors for the co-location services. I have also implemented a whole new webmail system for my web-hosting clients and have begun writing a custom support system using PHP and MySQL. Most of what goes on around here tends to be unseen to the general public. I agree that feedback from third parties is definitely a good thing and I welcome your comments. I'm not really a very good businessman. If I was, I would be running FrontPage extensions and CPANEL and all the little bells and whistles the clients love but which impact upon security. And, I would be running Win32 or RedHat Linux rather than OpenBSD as our server platform. I tend to worry more about the technical stuff than the business stuff so I really appreciate the feedback on the website and how it looks to others. Finally, I used to run BBSes here in Alberta back in the early and mid-90s.
