This is the main point!
You don't want programmers doing jobs that other people can do,
like tweaking html tags, fixing spelling mistakes, etc...
Person 1 (Non-programmer): edit content, fix spelling mistakes.
Person 2 (Non-programmer): change layout, colors, tables, fonts.
Person 3 (Programmer): make it all work
Turbine (and Velocity/WebMacro) allow this to work.
(But again, ECS is still useful for those rare occasions when
the programmer really does need to produce tagged output.)
