Mike,

you are not alone in your frustration. Last year Harbinger phased out the
old Harbinger DOS and Harbinger TLW 2.5 products and made it mandatory to
upgrade to the new windows product 4.3.1. It caused a considerable amount
of pain for many of our clients.

I work for a company, Data Communication Solutions, that assisted 10's of
100's of businesses in making the transition as smooth as possible. If we
could assist you please do not hesitate to contact us at 952-941-5466 or you
can go to our web page at www.dcs-is-edi.com.

As far as the licensing issues, I would suspect Harbinger could open
themselves up to severe litigation in the event that they would "disable"
the software if you missed re-registering the product.

Wishing you the best of luck.

EDI Consultant
