Okay, we have all heard things about Harbinger lately. Their lack of
support. The sales reps that don't seem to care if they make a sale or not.
The muscling of customers into going to their upgrades and their outrageous
new support policy - pay as you go, even though you've already paid a
maintenance fee.
I have one question for Harbinger - Hello?? Is anybody home?? Is anybody
listening?? Does anybody care??
