Another question on the Harbinger front - has anyone actually left this
company over the e5 'upgrade'?

Okay, we have all heard things about Harbinger lately.  Their lack of
support.  The sales reps that don't seem to care if they make a sale or not.
The muscling of customers into going to their upgrades and their outrageous
new support policy - pay as you go, even though you've already paid a
maintenance fee.

I have one question for Harbinger - Hello??  Is anybody home??   Is anybody
listening?? Does anybody care??
