One which was an accepted, maintained, international standard. That
matters more than form or content (although adequate content would be a
plus). EDIMatrix does not, unaccountably, have the same sort of clout as
Microsoft and we cannot try to impose our own variant of an axle mounted
circular object on the world in general with any hope of success.
