Hi List,

Wow!
I am amazed at the amount of traffic and quality of participants on this
list.
The reason I subscribed was to find potential customers and education about
EDI.
Here is what we do can anyone point me in the right direction?

* Reduces Cost up to 53% over Traditional Vans.
* Reduces Interconnects as much as 80%.
* EDI, over the Internet.
* EFT, electronic funds transfers directly in your banking account.
* EDI to Web Based Forms.
* EDI to Fax.
* Online translator linking all trading partners regardless of data format
* No EDI translation software purchase required.
* Notification of arriving documents to your email for EC Forms.
* Full support for XML, HTML, X12, EDIFACT, and ASCII Flat files.
* Free reporting capability and audit trails

Thank you in advance:)

Sincerely,

Compaq also offers a certified AS1 and AS2 certified EDIINT service called
CATS (Compaq ASx Transport Service) running on Windows NT/2000 [we are
working on the dog-lovers version :)]. For more details contact myself,

Ginny, we have just finished doing a great IPSec implementation with you
guys. I don't know if anyone else in the list is interested but I would like
to get an update on what new Internet communications methods the various
Value Added Networks offer. I get lots of customers asking me how they can
shoot their bisync dial-ups but still retain security. While the web is a
great tool, searching through all the pages to find out information like
this is a pain. I'm sure the other VAN providers will respond but if you can
do so for AT&T I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.

Andy

One of the beautiful things about EDIINT is that it allows you to move those

trading partners that can handle EDI Over the Internet using EDIINT to a
cost
effective way to exchange EDI data. We have seen that both IPNet and Cyclone

work wonderfully to do this. Give IPNet a call as they have a great product
also. However, keep in mind that when moving to an EDIINT solution not all
of
your trading partners can and will be able to move also. In most cases
EDIINT
will have to be coupled with a VAN solution as alot of companies are just
not
able to go into the EDIINT direction at this time. One of the beauties of
the
EDIINT is that it allows you to move those tps that can go to EDIINT
transfers
to do so and thus reduce your networking costs. For those trading partners
that can not move I would suggest trying Easylink's IPEDI Service which
allows
TCP/IP connectivity (ie FTP, SMTP, EDIINT, etc ) into their VAN at IP
pricing
modules which are very cost effective. This way you get the best of both
worlds: EDIINT and reduced VAN fees.

If you need to know more or how to get in touch with someone who can assist
just shoot me an email.

Happy Day to You,

Ginny

In relation to EDI over the Internet, have any of you used an application
called "Cyclone" by Cyclone Commerce ?  We are considering transitioning our
partners from VANs to the Internet and will more than likely use Cyclone.

Thanks

Joanne

We have implemented the EDI-INT protocol defined by Drummonds Group. In
fact we have successfully completed the interoperability test for AS2 with
them. Besides we also can send EDI over HTTP(S). Can share with you the
tecnical details. We also support ASYNC modem connection via CLEO.

Bonjour everyone!

I'm just curious to know if any of you are using the Internet to
send/receive EDI transactions.
If so, can you let me know how  you are doing it (software used, are you
using encryption, any problem with it, recommendations,  etc....)
I'm currently using EDI*Windows 5.2.6 on an NT Alpha with Cleo as the
communication software.

Any information will be appreciate,

Thanks in advance,
