No one said it wasn't a nightmare, but sometimes you just have to keep trying
all avenues and the suggestion given by MCM is valid and correct.  Someone at
the vendor (receiving the "bad" EDI) has a human contact
somewhere at Amazon that has a vested interest in the relationship.  That
resource should be used to it's fullest.  Brute force calling can also work.

All other answers were "you can't do it, so you might as well give up", now
that, IMHO, is not helpful.  Also, nice of you to give a name, but I don't see
a phone number or email address, so that's a bit less than helpful, as well.

I can't believe the responses you received! I thought the purpose of this group
was to assist each other. I work for a VAN and have to contact customers and
their trading partners all the time. It can be a nightmare getting past the
gatekeepers.

We have an AS/2 connection to Amazon for our customers. Try one of these for an
email:
CHIKOS ALTARAS DAVIDAR
The info is a few years old in our database so don't be surprised if they are no
longer with the company.

Good hunting!
