We've made the adjustment on our side to create separate ISAs, so there's no real issue. Really just curious... Your hypothesis may be very close to the mark. This partner has an seemingly loosely-coupled franchise structure. We sometimes receive out-of-band orders via fax from individual stores, etc.

Could be folks are using a Gateway software and then routing payloads or transaction types to companies with different translators.
