Restrict posting to subscribers or get a new postmaster. Getting complaints about spam is pretty similar to getting spam. It seems that your postmaster is pretty sensitive to the former and remarkably insensitive to others' concerns about the latter.
I, by the way, have been able to eliminate most spam from the list on my end by filtering out offending sources, sometimes entire domains.
