I actually posted to a whole range of relevant lists such as Schoolforge
UK and the Open Source Consortium. The only complaint I have so far
experienced is here. Rather sad since the main idea was to promote OOo
and others seem to have a much more positive view of this.

Other people have posted here about their company education initiatives
- here is an example from Gary Serda at Sun.

I didn't notice any posts from you rebuking Sun at the time.

So seems like its open to all except me, despite the fact that over the
last 4 years or so I have spent a good deal of time helping people here
with a wide range of educational issues.

I can only assume this is a personal thing and I think other people can
see that too.
