No it's not the standard, but will be eventually I believe. I'm just lucky
that my Telephone Exchange got upgraded very early in the roll out.

I'm not sure where you're located but have you heard of ADSL 2+ Annex M? If
you're familiar with ADSL then it's just the next iteration.
